You work hard for your money as a flatbed driver. That’s why R & R Xpress gives you several ways to earn more.
- We pay by the percentage. Starting drivers make 23% of line haul.
- Tarp pay $100. If the customer pays more, you get the full amount.
- 4 or more load drop bonus
- Detention & Layover Pay (if paid by the customer)
- Plus many bonuses such as production, yearly, clean inspection, and safe driving
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service
